1. Dispatch Times
Personalised Items
Personalised items are made to order and typically dispatched within 7 working days.
Handmade to Order Items
Our handmade garments are made to order and dispatched within 15 working days, depending on fabric availability and workload.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
During busy periods (such as Christmas or seasonal launches), dispatch times may be at the higher end of the stated timeframe.
2. Delivery Times (After Dispatch)
Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date of purchase.
Typical delivery estimates (UK):

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by Royal Mail or courier delays outside of our control.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48h service
- International orders are sent tracked via Royal Mail and will then be passed to in Country postal service.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.
If you do not receive a dispatch or tracking email:

5. Delivery Issues, Delays & Missing Parcels
Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery is outside of our direct control.
If your order appears delayed or missing:

Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at sales@personallystitched.co.uk
We will assist you in line with Royal Mail or courier investigation timeframes.
6. Lost Parcels
If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier:

We will offer a replacement where stock or materials allow

If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued
Investigations must be completed before replacements or refunds can be processed.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Parcels returned to us due to address errors
If a parcel is returned to us, additional postage costs may apply to resend your order.
8. International Shipping
At this time, shipping is available to the UK and Non EU Countries. We hope to recommence shipping within the EU soon.
